The 15-man T20 International and 16-man ODI teams for the forthcoming white-ball series against South Africa and Sri Lanka were revealed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Thursday.
Salman Ali Agha and Shaheen Shah Afridi will command the national teams in T20 and ODI formats, respectively, while former skipper Babar Azam has returned to the T20 squad.
Babar Azam is back.
As part of Pakistan’s updated plan for the domestic white-ball season, former captain Babar Azam has been called up to the T20 International team. Exciting new additions and the reappearance of a number of well-known names are also included in the announcement.
Abdul Samad and Naseem Shah have also returned, and young pacer Usman Tariq has been called up for the first time to the T20 International team.
Important additions to the ODI team
Hasibullah, Haris Rauf, and Faisal Akram are all part of the One-Day International team. As in previous series, fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi will head the ODI team as captain.
