Two Killed as Car Runs Over Sleeping Men Near Abdullah Shah Ghazi’s Shrine in Clifton

KARACHI: Two people were killed when a car ran over them while they were sleeping on a footpath near the shrine of Abdullah Shah Ghazi in Clifton late Saturday night.

According to rescue sources, the vehicle mounted the footpath and struck the victims, killing both on the spot.

Rescue teams shifted the bodies to a nearby hospital for medico-legal formalities, while police said an investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
