Mumbai: Several Bollywood celebrities, including Nora Fatehi and Shraddha Kapoor, have reportedly been named in investigations into alleged drug parties linked to underworld figure Dawood Ibrahim, according to Indian police sources.
The Mumbai Police’s Anti-Narcotics Cell revealed these names during probes into an international drug network allegedly run by Salim Dola. His son, Tahir Dola, allegedly expanded the scope of the investigation with his statements after being extradited from abroad in August.
Officials claim Salim Dola organized parties both in India and overseas, attended not only by Dawood Ibrahim’s niece, Alisha Parker, but also by actors, models, rappers, and film industry professionals. Tahir Dola reportedly confirmed that many prominent personalities were present at these events.
Among the names cited in the investigation are Shraddha Kapoor, Nora Fatehi, and Sidharth Kapoor.
Responding to the reports, Nora Fatehi posted on Instagram, asserting she never attended such parties and is constantly busy with work and travel. She described the media reports as false and emphasized that her name has been unfairly dragged into scandals. Fatehi added that this is not the first attempt to damage her reputation, but this time, she will not remain silent.
