During the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2026 roadshow, Pakistan’s star batter Babar Azam shared that PSL played a major role in giving him recognition. He said that through this league, he had the chance to meet his favorite cricketer, AB de Villiers.
Opener Sahibzada Farhan said he has been playing cricket for 17 years, but people only started recognizing him after PSL.
Fast bowler Haris Rauf revealed that if he hadn’t become a cricketer, he would probably be doing a regular job somewhere. He added that his family first found out about his selection through Geo News.
