Wrestlers who secured 14 gold medals at the National Games were given a warm and enthusiastic reception in Gujranwala.
The victorious wrestlers, who delivered outstanding performances at the 35th National Games held in Karachi, were welcomed at Inam Butt’s akhara, where celebrations marked their arrival. Sweets were distributed and a cake was cut to celebrate their achievement.
Speaking on the occasion, wrestler Inam Butt expressed pride in the medal-winning athletes, saying these wrestlers are a source of national pride and will continue to raise Pakistan’s profile at international competitions.
