KARACHI: Actor Ramsha Khan has become the subject of fresh speculation on social media after she was noticeably absent from photos and videos shared during her sister Alysha’s wedding festivities.
As Alysha celebrated her wedding with family and friends, including actor Zoya Nasir, social media users quickly noticed that Ramsha was missing from the content circulating online.
Comments under the wedding posts were filled with questions about the actor’s absence, with some fans saying they missed seeing Ramsha. Others also pointed out that her husband, fellow actor Khushhal Khan, was not seen in the wedding content either.
Ramsha and Khushhal had themselves been at the centre of marriage rumours earlier this year after a blurred photograph, reportedly from their nikkah ceremony, circulated on social media.
Ramsha later addressed the viral image through her Instagram story, saying the photograph had been shared without the couple’s consent. A few days later, the two actors officially confirmed their marriage by sharing photographs from their bridal shoot.
Since her marriage, Ramsha has maintained a noticeably lower profile and has appeared less frequently in public and on social media.
Her absence from her sister’s wedding appears to have further fuelled interest among fans, although neither Ramsha nor her family has publicly explained why she was not featured in the wedding photographs and videos.
Ramsha, who starred alongside Khushhal Khan in the drama Biryani last year, is also known for her performances in Sinf-e-Aahan, Hum Tum and Duniyapur.
