Karachi Board Conducts, Battle of Truth, Independence Day Celebrations

KARACHI: Pakistan is going to celebrate its 78 th Independence Day that is to be celebrated by the Board of Secondary Education Karachi from the 11th to the 14 th of August 2025 under the signature vibe of Battle of Truth. Chairman Ghulam Hussain Sohoo said that activities will be commenced with a cricket match between 9th and 10th grader at Eidgah Cricket ground, Nazimabad No. 3, August 11 onwards.

The badminton and table tennis matches would be held on August 12 at Sindh Sports board Complex at Nazimabad No. 2 and then hockey matches would be held at sites in KHA Hockey Ground, NIPA Chowrangi on August 13.

The prime ceremony on 14 th August will comprise of flag hoisting, patriotic songs, speeches, cultural tableaus and quiz competitions. The chairman encouraged affiliate schools to organise the same activities in order to impart patriotism in the students.
