The government has highlighted security, counterterrorism, and development as key priorities for the province. The prime minister has also stressed the need to strengthen law enforcement agencies and improve public services, including education, healthcare, and infrastructure.

The announcement comes amid growing security concerns and political tensions between the federal government and the provincial leadership.

The federal government says cooperation is essential to restore peace and support development in KP. However, political differences over the province’s administration and the government’s recent emergency measures remain significant issues.

The people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa continue to seek lasting peace, better public services, and greater security.
