LAHORE: The University College of Medicine and Dentistry (UCMD), a constituent college of the University of Lahore, has opened admissions for its MBBS programme for the 2026-27 academic session.
The college has announced 150 MBBS seats, including 127 open-merit seats and 23 seats for foreign and overseas applicants. Admissions will be conducted through the centralized online application system of the University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore.

Local applicants must have at least 60 percent marks in FSc Pre-Medical or an equivalent qualification and a minimum of 55 percent marks in the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT).
The admission merit will be calculated using three components: Matriculation results, carrying 10 percent weightage; FSc Pre-Medical results, carrying 40 percent; and MDCAT marks, carrying 50 percent.
Candidates must meet the relevant eligibility criteria and submit their applications with the required academic documents. Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee admission, as selection will depend on merit and the applicable admission policy.
