Organized jointly by Edinburgh Napier University (ENU), the British Council, the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, and IMSciences Peshawar, the training blended online modules with an intensive in-person final week. Participants explored strategic planning, academic governance, institutional effectiveness, quality assurance, and inclusive leadership.

Certificates of achievement were awarded by Edinburgh Napier University to academic leaders from various universities across Pakistan.

Mr. Riaz Ahmad, Project Coordinator at HEC’s Higher Education Development Program (HEDP), highlighted the critical role of leadership development in institutional transformation.
