KARACHI: Dawood University of Engineering and Technology (DUET) organized farewell dinner at PAF Community Hall to bid a farewell to the outgoing batch of students. There was an honor guard that was given by Sindh Police Band. The graduating students were warmly welcomed at the venue through Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor, Deans and other university officials.
The ceremony of prize distribution in the United for Pakistan – AI Generated Short Movie Competition was also conducted during the event and the theme of the same is Marka-e-Haq. Participants of each category had winners who were rewarded with cash prize shipment in the amount of PKR 25,000 for the creative input.
The night marked the success of the students in their studies as well as innovation.
