Following defeats in the opening two Tests of the Ashes series, the England cricket team has gone on a short vacation.
According to media reports, the English squad will spend their pre-planned break in Noosa, a popular spot on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. The team will relax there for the entire week.
England will depart from Noosa for Adelaide on Saturday, where they will have only three days of training before the third Test, scheduled to begin on December 17.
To keep their hopes alive in the series, winning the next Test is crucial for England. The team has suffered heavy losses in both matches played in Perth and Brisbane.
It is worth mentioning that before the Brisbane Test, England held five consecutive training sessions. Head coach Brendon McCullum admitted that the team may have “over-prepared” ahead of the match.
