All Hospitals in the Province Will Operate Normally on February 6 and 7

All hospitals in the province will function as usual on February 6 and 7, the Punjab Health Department has issued a notification.

‎According to the notification, emergency services and OPDs will operate normally and no leave will be granted in hospitals. It is worth noting that a day earlier, 13 government hospitals were placed on high alert from February 6 to 8, with directions to ensure the availability of medical, nursing and paramedical staff, medicines, drips, vaccines and surgical supplies.

‎In addition, orders were issued to prepare lists of blood bags and blood donors, reserve beds in hospitals for Basant, and keep X-ray, ultrasound, CT scan and MRI machines fully functional.
