NEW YORK — TKO Group Holdings reported that Chief Executive Officer Ariel Emanuel received $18.13 million in total compensation for 2024, according to its 2025 proxy filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The filing shows Emanuel’s compensation included a $3 million base salary, a $12.5 million bonus, approximately $2.5 million in stock awards, and about $125,000 in other compensation. TKO listed his total pay at $18,129,271.
The figure marks a sharp decline from 2023, when Emanuel received approximately $64.9 million, driven largely by stock awards and a bonus linked to the formation of TKO Group Holdings through the merger of WWE and UFC.
TKO also disclosed that its median employee earned $105,026, resulting in a CEO-to-median-worker pay ratio of 173 to 1.
The filing shows a significant year-over-year drop in Emanuel’s compensation following the unusually high equity and bonus awards tied to the company’s creation.
By contrast, TKO President and Chief Operating Officer Mark Shapiro received nearly $32 million in 2024 compensation, largely driven by stock-based awards.
The figures underscore shifting compensation patterns at TKO as the company continues to expand its sports and entertainment portfolio under Endeavor Group Holdings, now operating as WME Group.
