Army Spokesperson: “A Mentally Unstable Leader in Jail and His Followers Start Attacking the Army Every Morning”

In a sharp statement, the spokesperson for the Pakistan Army criticized a jailed political leader and his supporters, alleging that they launch coordinated verbal attacks against the military every morning. He said that such rhetoric not only misleads the public but also aims to create instability in the country.

According to the spokesperson, these repeated accusations from the leader — described as “mentally unstable” — and his followers are part of a deliberate campaign to undermine state institutions. He added that the army remains committed to its constitutional role and will not respond to political provocations.

The comments come amid heightened political tensions, with various parties accusing one another of targeting national institutions for personal gain. The spokesperson urged citizens to remain cautious of misinformation and to trust official sources.
