Dubai Police have urged motorists to remain highly cautious on the roads as rainy and unstable weather conditions are expected across the emirate. Authorities warned that reduced visibility and slippery roads could increase the risk of traffic accidents.
Drivers have been advised to strictly follow traffic laws, reduce speed, and maintain a safe distance from other vehicles. Police emphasized the importance of staying fully alert and avoiding sudden braking during adverse weather conditions.
Authorities confirmed that all emergency and rescue teams are on full standby to respond to traffic accidents caused by rainfall. Special arrangements have also been made to deal with incidents in mountainous areas and valleys if required.
Members of the public have been strongly warned not to approach water channels or attempt to cross valleys during rainfall. Dubai Police stressed that public safety is a top priority and urged residents to cooperate with authorities for their own protection.
