Rising medicine prices have created difficulties for public healthcare facilities.

‎Due to increasing prices, public and teaching hospitals are facing a shortage in their medicine budgets. During the current year, prices of various medicines have increased by more than 100 percent.

‎Frequent increases in medicine prices have made it necessary for public hospitals to receive more funds. Due to limited budgets, public hospitals are unable to purchase the required quantity of medicines.
