During one year, Lahore General Hospital provided medical facilities to more than 1.3 million patients across various departments, reflecting the public’s strong trust in the hospital and its effective service delivery.
In this period, 65,057 patients received immediate medical assistance through emergency services, while the number of patients visiting the OPD exceeded 1.2 million. A total of 24,166 patients were admitted for the treatment of various diseases, and 1,114,382 surgeries of different types were successfully performed using modern medical facilities. Under the public friendly policy of the Punjab government, 23,000 deserving patients were also provided treatment without any registration fee.
These statistics present a clear picture of the hard work of the medical staff at Lahore General Hospital, the effective strategies of the administration, and patient friendly initiatives, with the primary objective of providing timely, quality, and dignified healthcare to the public.
