Islamabad: Law enforcement authorities have arrested a resident of Ghotki on charges of allegedly forging an official letter while falsely claiming to be an employee of the National Assembly, officials said.
According to investigators, the suspect is accused of preparing and using a forged document to misrepresent his identity and gain unauthorized benefits. Authorities said the alleged forged letter was presented as an official communication linked to the National Assembly.
Following preliminary inquiries, law enforcement agencies registered a case against the suspect and took him into custody. Officials stated that further investigations are underway to determine whether the forged document was used in additional activities or if others were involved.
