Girls Shine as Top Scorers in Karachi Pre-Engineering Results 2025

KARACHI -Aug-16-2025: The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) declared the results of the HSC part-II Pre-Engineering Group Annual Examinations 2025 and female students stood all the top three positions.

Chairman BIEK, Faqir Muhammad Lakho, has said that Laiba Ansari (Osman Public School, Campus I) along with Syeda Anzaila Haider Zaidi (BAMM PECHS Govt. College for Women) secured the top two scores 1019 marks out of 1100 and with A-1 grade. Second ranked was Aizal Marha of BAMM PECHS Govt. College for Women with 1014 marks and Hafsa Imran of Hamdard Intermediate College got third position with 1010 marks.

Controller of Examinations, Zarina Rashid, says a total of 21,617 candidates registered as 21,019 of them appeared in the examinations and 11,547 passed obtaining an overall pass percentage of 54.94%. These resulted in 1,035 students, 1,762 students, 2,351 students, 2,938 students, 3,124 students, and 296 students passing A-1, A, B, C, D and E grade respectively.

The outcomes on the BIEK portal can be watched on the Internet (www.biek.edu.pk) and on the official application on Android phones Google Play Store known as BIEK.

Chairman Lakho felicitated the position holders and stated that soon a ceremony will be organized to appreciate the excellence of students with their parents, teachers and the media people.
