Iran Navy Ready to Inflict New Losses on Enemies, Says Leadership

Iran’s Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, said in a statement shared on social media that iran’s navy is prepared to inflict new losses on its enemies. He stated that the naval forces are fully ready to deliver fresh and decisive defeats.

Meanwhile, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Saeed Khatibzadeh, during a media briefing, said that the blockade of Iranian ports by the United States is illegal. He emphasized that Iran’s defense is not only for itself but for the entire region.

Khatibzadeh also referred to remarks by former U.S. President Donald Trump, who reportedly said that if no agreement is reached by Wednesday, military action could be considered. He criticized the statement as contradictory, noting that Trump mentioned both potential military action and leaving the decision to the American public.

He further stated that Iran must continue its defense efforts and would persist as long as its forces remain. However, he added that war cannot lead to positive outcomes and that the United States should understand this reality.
