Karachi: Ismail Industries Limited conducted a successful recruitment drive at Aligarh Institute of Technology (AIT), where 40 students from Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical DAE programs participated in interviews.

The initiative aimed to connect fresh graduates with industry opportunities, offering them a platform to step into the professional world. Established in 1988, Ismail Industries is a leading food company in Pakistan, known for producing confectionery, biscuits, chips, and flour with a strong focus on quality and innovation.

Principal Shahid Jamil emphasized that such recruitment drives are essential for shaping students’ futures, providing them with real-world exposure and career opportunities.

Convener Syed Muhammad Mohsin Kazim highlighted the company’s role in bridging the gap between academia and industry, enabling skilled students to access professional growth opportunities.

The Department of Industrial and Innovative Learning (DIIL) was also acknowledged for its effective organization and dedication, which contributed significantly to the success of the event.

Participating students termed the recruitment drive a key milestone in advancing their careers.
