Pakistan and China have set up a training center in Karachi to improve both the Chinese language and the technical skills of Pakistani youth. The plan seeks to promote the development of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) labor force.
The Government Polytechnic Institute for Women in Sindh is where the center is established by the Sindh government, Tang International Education Group and Shenzhen University of Technology. The school will have Mandarin, IT, e-commerce and industrial technologies in its courses.
Officials explained that the program is created to meet the needs of projects owned by Chinese investors and to give local workers better opportunities. The training process will help create stronger links between the cultures and economies of the two countries.
With this step, CPEC Phase II aims to strengthen education, technology and contacts between people from both sides۔
