The International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS) at the University of Karachi has announced a four-month hybrid program titled “Basic German Language Course – 2025”, starting November 4.
The course, open to individuals with at least an intermediate qualification, will run from November 4, 2025, to February 12, 2026, with classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Participants can join online or on campus, and the total fee is Rs. 5,000. The application deadline is October 28, 2025.
Organized through the Latif Ebrahim Jamal National Science Information Center, the course is being held in collaboration with the Sindh Innovation, Research, and Education Network (SIREN) under the Government of Sindh.
A German language expert from the Goethe-Institut, Pakistan, will lead the sessions, aiming to provide students with a strong foundation in the German language. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
