Miss Universe Jamaica, Trishanie Weller, was rushed to the hospital after she slipped and fell from the stage during a rehearsal session earlier this week. The incident occurred while she was practicing her walk for an upcoming event, according to local media reports.
Witnesses said Weller lost her balance near the edge of the platform and fell to the ground, prompting immediate assistance from the event crew. She was taken to a nearby hospital, where doctors began evaluating her injuries.
Organisers later confirmed that Weller was conscious and receiving treatment. While the extent of her injuries has not been fully disclosed, the Miss Universe Jamaica team stated that her health and recovery are their top priority.
