The reporting of pneumonia cases in government hospitals of Multan continues. In the last 24 hours, pneumonia has been confirmed in 68 children.
At Multan Children’s Hospital, pneumonia was confirmed in 35 children. Nineteen children were brought to Nishtar Hospital, 11 to Shahbaz Sharif Hospital, and three to South City Hospital due to pneumonia.
Dozens of pneumonia cases were also reported from private hospitals and clinics in Multan. Doctors have instructed parents to protect children from cold weather.
