Famous TV host and actress Nida Yasir recently revealed a shocking incident involving theft by her foreign domestic helper at her residence.
After the birth of her son, Nida hired a Filipino maid for childcare, whom she trusted completely because she appeared professional and held foreign citizenship.
However, valuable items started disappearing from her home, though Nida never suspected the maid initially.
One day, during shopping, Nida handed her purse to the maid, only to later discover that 300 euros had gone missing from it.
This prompted her to launch an investigation.
The maid requested leave, which Nida granted, and accompanied her to the maid’s home.
There, Nida found three bags filled with branded clothes, mobile phones, valuable items, and the missing money.
Since the maid had served for a long time and the stolen items were recovered, Nida chose not to take legal action,
but she did file a detailed complaint with the agency that had sent the maid.
Nida called the incident unfortunate and advised others to be cautious while employing domestic staff to avoid such losses.
