Extended Deadline Alert: Pakistan Gives Hajj 2026 Applicants Three More Days to Submit Dues
The government has granted Hajj 2026 applicants an additional three days to submit their second instalment of dues, extending the deadline to Wednesday. The Ministry of Religious Affairs confirmed that only those who complete the required payment within this period will retain their confirmed slots.
Officials cautioned that applicants who fail to deposit the dues by the extended deadline will face automatic cancellation of their Hajj applications, and their reserved seats will be reassigned to those on standby.
Pakistan’s Hajj quota for 2026 stands at 179,210 pilgrims, with the majority of slots allocated under the government Hajj scheme. Authorities stated that the deadline extension aims to facilitate applicants who are still arranging their payments, ensuring maximum participation in the upcoming pilgrimage.
The ministry has also advised applicants to keep their payment receipts safe and stay updated through official channels to avoid any misinformation.
