Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has said that the polio virus has been eliminated from the entire world and now exists only in Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Addressing a ceremony in Karachi, he said that First Lady Asifa Bhutto has announced to support the anti polio campaign.
Murad Ali Shah said that one case of polio has been reported in Sujawal this year. He added that female staff are also deployed during the anti polio campaign.
The Sindh Chief Minister said that people had concerns regarding the Lyari Development Project, and when opponents raise objections, it indicates that the work is being done well.
He further said that bringing forces to Islamabad that had not been talking to each other for 50 years is nothing less than a miracle, and diplomacy is a process, adding that Bilawal Bhutto was also fully engaged in this regard.
Murad Ali Shah also said that there is a court order against blocking national identity cards.
