Qila Saifullah: The district administration of Qila Saifullah has prepared a list of landowners allegedly involved in cultivating cannabis, marking a significant step in the ongoing campaign against narcotics.
According to officials, the names of the suspects have been formally forwarded to the Home Department. Deputy Commissioner Sagar Kumar stated that a recommendation has also been made to place the individuals involved in cannabis cultivation on the Fourth Schedule, which would allow strict monitoring and further legal action.
He added that the administration is taking practical measures to protect the youth from the harmful impact of drugs. The deputy commissioner urged citizens to report suspicious activities in their neighborhoods so authorities can effectively enforce the district’s zero-tolerance policy against narcotics and crime.
DC Kumar further stated that the administration is committed to maintaining peace and safety in Qila Saifullah, and that operations against lawbreakers will continue without discrimination or interruption.
