Karachi: Under the influence of the ongoing monsoon system, light rain was reported in some parts of Karachi on Friday, turning the weather pleasant in the city.
According to details, rainfall occurred in Baldia Town, SITE Area, and Orangi Town. The Meteorological Department said the showers were caused by low-level clouds formed over the sea as part of the current weather system.
Officials added that light rain may occur in certain suburban areas as well. However, there is little chance of rain in most other parts of the city, where the sky is expected to remain partly cloudy.
