Rawalpindi: A video has surfaced on social media showing a group of men firing automatic weapons into the air to celebrate an alleged land grab in the city.

According to Geo News, the incident occurred in Fatima Colony along Chakri Road, within the jurisdiction of Dhamial Police Station. The suspects reportedly carried out aerial firing after taking possession of the disputed land.

The viral footage shows around 15 to 20 individuals openly discharging automatic firearms during the celebration, raising serious concerns about the use of illegal weapons and public safety.

Police have taken notice of the incident, and an investigation is underway to identify and arrest those involved.
