A miraculous story from Libya has touched hearts around the world as a young man named Aamir Al-Mahdi Mansour Al-Qaddafi embarked on his determined journey to perform Hajj this year.
According to Arab media reports, Aamir arrived at Libya’s airport with the sole intention of fulfilling his religious duty of Hajj. However, his journey was unexpectedly halted when immigration authorities stopped him from boarding the plane due to his surname, “Qaddafi,” citing security concerns.
While Aamir waited anxiously at the counter, he watched as all the members of his group boarded the flight. Time passed, and eventually, the plane doors were closed. Even after Aamir’s security clearance was completed, the pilot refused to reopen the doors, and the aircraft departed without him.
Despite this setback, Aamir remained steadfast, declaring, “I will not leave the airport until, God willing, I am on my way to Hajj.”
And then, the unexpected happened. News arrived that the aircraft had developed a technical fault and was returning to the airport for repairs. The crew requested the pilot to allow Aamir onboard, but once again, the pilot refused. Still, Aamir held firm in his faith, standing patiently at the airport.
Amazingly, the plane encountered another issue and was forced to return a second time. After technical checks, the pilot finally made an announcement: “I swear, this plane cannot fly without Aamir Qaddafi. I will not take off until he is on board.”
Authorities quickly cleared Aamir for travel, and on the third attempt, the plane departed smoothly — this time, with Aamir on board — as he headed toward his long-awaited pilgrimage without any further complications.
This incredible sequence of events has been hailed by many as a true testament to faith, perseverance, and the power of unwavering belief.
