Two Suspects Injured and Arrested After Exchange of Fire with Police near Jamshed Quarters

Karachi – Two suspects were injured and arrested during an exchange of fire with police near Teen Hatti in the Jamshed Quarters area late at night. According to police officials, the suspects opened fire when signaled to stop, prompting a retaliatory response.

The suspects, identified as Muhammad Imaad son of Imran-ul-Haq and Faizan son of Gulfam, were apprehended in injured condition and shifted to a hospital for medical treatment.

Police recovered one illegal pistol, ammunition, two mobile phones, and cash from the suspects. A motorcycle (registration number KQW-3558), used by the suspects and previously snatched in the jurisdiction of Aziz Bhatti Police Station, was also seized.

Investigations revealed that both suspects are habitual offenders with a history of involvement in street crimes, drug peddling, and motorcycle thefts in various areas of Karachi.
