Actress Zara Noor Abbas has urged women to avoid using medications to enhance their beauty or appear younger, calling aging a natural process that should be embraced with grace and confidence.
According to Dawn News, Zara took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message: “Aging is not an insult; it’s a beautiful, inevitable reality. No one can stop time, so why fight it?”
She stressed that beauty is temporary, and women should focus more on intellect, self-worth, and natural charm rather than chasing artificial perfection.
Zara also warned that the use of anti-aging medications can become addictive, much like a drug habit, leading to serious health risks. She advised against seeking quick fixes for appearance, as they can cause physical and emotional harm.
Her message comes shortly after the tragic passing of Indian actress Shefali Jariwala, who reportedly suffered a heart attack linked to long-term use of anti-aging pills and treatments.
