Law Enforced in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to Prevent Violence and Property Damage

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department has issued a circular to curb violence in hospitals.

‎According to the circular, the law to prevent violence and damage to property has been enforced across the province, and all hospitals have been directed to report both minor and major incidents of violence.

‎As a result of the decision, all incidents of violence and damage will be reported to the Director General of Health Services. In cases of violence, FIRs and incident details will be forwarded to the Health Department. Strict compliance has been ordered for all hospitals and health centers across the province.
