Five Pakistani nationals were deported from Sharjah after they were found travelling on forged British visas. According to an FIA spokesperson, the deportees were taken into custody immediately upon their arrival at Lahore Airport.

The FIA reported that the passengers had originally travelled from Lahore to Malaysia earlier this year on visit visas. They later attempted to enter the United Kingdom from Sharjah using counterfeit documents.

The spokesperson said the suspects had obtained the fake visas through local agents. Following verification, authorities in Sharjah deported all five individuals back to Pakistan.

The FIA added that the suspects were shifted to the Anti-Human Smuggling Circle in Lahore for further investigation.
