The Pakistan Cricket Board has officially confirmed the schedule for the 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League, announcing that the tournament will begin on March 26 and conclude with the final on May 3, 2026. The announcement was made by PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi during the league’s second global roadshow held in New York, highlighting the board’s growing focus on international outreach and investment.

The event was attended by a mix of current national team players and former cricketing greats, including Salman Ali Agha, Abrar Ahmed, Saim Ayub, Saud Shakeel, Faheem Ashraf, Wasim Akram and Ramiz Raja, reflecting the league’s strong connection with Pakistan’s cricketing identity. The presence of investors and key cricket figures underlined PSL’s expanding commercial appeal beyond traditional markets.

Speaking at the roadshow, Naqvi said investors showed keen interest in understanding the league’s long-term planning, particularly the tournament window. He noted that the PCB is aiming to provide stability and clarity around the PSL calendar, stressing that the extended window would allow better planning for teams, broadcasters and commercial partners.

The PCB chairman added that the PSL has evolved into a global brand rather than remaining a domestic T20 competition, with increasing recognition in international markets. According to him, the league’s future strategy is centered on sustainable growth, stronger global partnerships and delivering a high-quality product for cricket fans worldwide.
