Saudi authorities have identified the security officer who was injured while stopping a suicide attempt at the Grand Mosque in Makkah. The officer sustained injuries during his attempt to save the man who jumped from an upper floor of the holy site.
Officials confirmed that the officer is now recovering and receiving proper medical care. His condition is said to be stable.
