News Spreading Over World Health Organization Report is Misleading, Saudi Ministry of Health

The Saudi Ministry of Health has clarified reports related to a virus causing severe respiratory illness.

‎In a statement issued from Riyadh, the Saudi Ministry of Health said that news circulating based on the World Health Organization report is misleading.

‎According to Saudi Deputy Health Minister Dr Abdullah Assiri, the World Health Organization report is of a routine nature.

‎The Saudi Ministry of Health said that after the coronavirus, cases of the MERS virus are at an extremely low level.

‎The ministry said that the health situation in the country is completely stable and the public does not need to be concerned about the virus.
