The Islamabad High Court has set aside the trial court’s order against Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha. The high court has also issued a written decision in this regard.

‎The Islamabad High Court disposed of the petitions filed by Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha and granted them four days to cross-examine the witnesses. The court directed that Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha should not be arrested in the present case during this period.

‎Justice Azam Khan clarified in the decision that if the petitioners fail to appear before the trial court within the stipulated time, this protective order will be deemed to have lapsed automatically.
