A serious incident of mismanagement has emerged at Services Hospital in the provincial capital Lahore, where surgery was performed in the emergency operating theatre using mobile phone light during a power outage.
According to sources, a video of the incident that occurred in the emergency ward last evening has also surfaced, showing doctors and staff to carry out the operation in darkness using mobile phone lights.
