Officials stated that according to data, 188 boys and 141 girls are among the affected children.
Health experts said that on average 3 to 4 new HIV cases among children are being reported daily in Sindh.
According to the Health Department, a total of 894 HIV cases were reported in Sindh during the first three months of 2026, including 294 cases in January, 324 in February and 276 in March.
