16 Dengue Cases Reported Across Punjab Including Lahore

‎A total of 16 dengue cases have been reported in Punjab so far this year. Dengue cases have started to be reported across the province including Lahore.

‎More than 1,000 dengue hotspots exist in Lahore, while 16 cases have been reported in Punjab and 3 cases in Lahore so far this year.

‎According to the Provincial Minister for Health and Population, there is a possibility of an increase in dengue virus cases this year.

‎Provincial Health Minister Khawaja Imran Nazir said that full focus is being given to dengue hotspots and directed citizens to follow dengue SOPs, adding that dengue spraying must be ensured in areas where dengue larvae or patients are reported.
