A total of 71 deaths from measles have been reported across the country so far this year.
According to sources in the Ministry of Health, more than 16,000 suspected cases have been reported this year in the country, out of which 4,000 cases have been confirmed.
Sources stated that 71 deaths from measles have been reported nationwide this year, with the highest number of deaths, 40, reported in Sindh.
According to sources, more than 4,000 suspected measles cases have been reported in Sindh, while over 1,100 cases have been laboratory confirmed in the province.
