Government College University (GCU) Lahore has opened applications for its Endowment Fund Trust Scholarships 2026 for deserving college and undergraduate students facing financial difficulties. The scholarships will be awarded strictly on a need basis.

Students enrolled in FA, FSc, ICom and ICS morning programmes at GCU Lahore are eligible to apply. Regular BS students can also submit applications, while evening and other non-regular programmes are not included in the current scholarship announcement.

According to the university’s announcement, applicants whose father or guardian earns less than Rs70,000 per month can apply. Students may also be required to provide income proof and other supporting documents during the selection process.

The online application process started on September 1, 2026, and students can submit their applications online until September 15. After completing the online form, applicants must print it and attach the required documents before submitting the complete application to the GCU Endowment Fund Trust Office.

Printed applications and supporting documents will be accepted from September 10 to September 20, 2026. Both college and regular BS students are required to complete this document-submission stage.

GCU Lahore already offers a range of need- and merit-based financial assistance programmes, with applications evaluated by the university’s financial aid committee.

The latest scholarship initiative is aimed at helping students from financially disadvantaged families continue their education without the burden of unaffordable educational expenses. Students interested in applying are advised to complete both the online and printed application requirements within the announced deadlines.
