Batting first, Pakistan posted a strong total of 201/7, with captain Salman Ali Agha scoring 56 off 34 balls and Shadab Khan adding a quick 48 off 25 balls.
Bangladesh, despite a promising start by Litton Das (48) and Tanzid Hasan (31), was bowled out for 164.
Hasan Ali starred with the ball, taking 5 wickets for just 30 runs, earning the Player of the Match award.
Pakistan now leads the series 1-0, with the second match scheduled for May 30.
