KARACHI: Recently Aligarh Institute of Technology (AIT) in association with its Department of International Industrial Linkages (DIIL) and Alemania Global Solutions (AGS) conducted an awareness talk intending to introduce students to vocational training and career skills in Germany.
The seminar was oriented on drawing the students towards the countries and regions with international education opportunities, free trainings, and their careers. AGS showed several possibilities in areas of web development, social media advertising, internship, international business cooperation, and so on.
Opportunities on mechanical, electrical, civil, software, electronics, nursing, tourism, logistics as well as garment industries were discussed in details. The students were also told that they would receive between 800euros to 1500euros monthly stipend, free tuition in learning German language as well as being assured of total professional guidance.
The AIT Principal emphasized the difference that such an exposure to the world changes lives. Convener Syed Mohsin Kazim further explained AIT is established so as to equip the students with the demands of the global market. The heads of the departments commended the meeting pointing out that the students who needed guidance in their worldwide careers had taken a landmark step.
