A couple from Baldia Town, Karachi, has been blessed with five children — three girls and two boys — born at the same time. The babies were delivered prematurely through an emergency C-section at a local private hospital.

Doctors said the newborns arrived several weeks before the expected date and are severely underweight. They also had trouble breathing and are currently under intensive care.

The father, Adnan Sheikh, told Samaa TV, “We got married a year ago, and this is our first childbirth. We are thankful, but the hospital bills are too much for us.” He requested financial help from the public and authorities.

The hospital confirmed the babies’ condition has slightly improved, but they still need full-time medical care.

Adnan shared his emotions, saying, “It’s a big blessing, but also very stressful. I just pray they survive and grow up healthy.”
