ISLAMABAD: Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has announced visiting faculty and lab demonstrator positions for the Autumn 2026 semester.
The vacancies are available in the university’s Department of Computer Science, with appointments being offered on a temporary, part-time and honorarium-based basis.
Candidates with relevant BS, MS and PhD qualifications in computer science and related fields can apply according to the requirements of the available positions.
The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching and laboratory-related activities during the semester.
AIOU has clarified that these appointments will not create any right to regular or permanent employment with the university.
